During 2019, whilst we were exhibiting at an event, we met Jo Bodley. Jo is a Pattern Designer and her patterns have been published in magazines. Her designs are also displayed in Museums. Jo also ‘fell in love’ with our yarns!

Over the August Bank Holiday, Lincoln City holds ‘The Asylum Steampunk Festival’. It is the largest and longest running Steampunk Festival in the Solar System, attracting participants from around the globe! The costumes are elaborate and stunning.

With inspiration taken from Steampunk, we have collaborated with Jo, to create a range of original Steampunk patterns.

Our stylish Knitted Steampunk Fingerless Gloves have been made with two of our 50g DK 75% Lambswool/25% Alpaca skeins in Tarragon (green).

These fingerless gloves are worked on two needles, sewn up along the inside edge leaving a gap for the thumb.

Once finished, you can embellish with watch cogs if desired, to complete your Steampunk look.
